Ruby Bengston Lindquist, our grandmother, crocheted this bedspread by hand in the 1940's.
Ruby was a talented fabric artist who was skilled in crotchet, needlepoint, knitting, tatting and quilting.
She was an active member of Fridhem Lutheran Church in Funk, Nebraska. Teaching Sunday school for many years and sewing in the women's groups.
Ruby was born a twin, June 28, 1901, and passed away May 13, 1981.
